When I first heard of self served Snapchat ads, I dismissed them right away because I thought my audience was way too old for this platform. Well, looks like I was wrong. Instead of just going off of the data on Facebook and Google analytics, I went right to the source, the customers! I posted a question to my Facebook audience asking if they were an avid snapchat user and the response was shocking. What I thought would be a couple of yes replies turned out to actually be 100% of my audience that commented on the post uses Snapchat, 100%!! So, you can bet your bottom dollar that I am now working on Snapchat ads to reach my audience to further our brand and customer engagement.
