Here are 3 reasons why I am bullish on direct mail: 1. As everything is becoming more digital, getting something physical in the mail is now kind of exciting. 2. Unlike an email or digital coupon, a physical mail piece can not be instantly deleted. It can move from room to room and throwing it away is still a touch point unlike deleting 10 emails at once. 3. Copy on a physical mailer can be more dynamic and an immersive experience, like "turn me over" or "Scratch here for your discount amount".
